This has been our closest Dairy Queen for the last couple of years, and I would just have to tell you to go somewhere else. I would assume it's a managing problem because I have been to good Dairy Queen's and this isn't it. I have never gotten through the drive through in less than twenty minutes- even wen I'm the only car there. Also out of the handful of times we've gone I think we've gotten the correct order twice. They are usually not too interested in getting you the right food figured out either.
This location is a decent one and I feel that if they hired a different manager and re-staffed the place it could be good, however their lack of attention to customers makes me concerned that the cleaning doesn't happen very often either. For the time being there is an ice berg down the street that is much faster and a better environment so we will take our business there. -

Worst customer service EVER! We have karate in the parking lot so my kids always ask to come here, but I hate it!!! The employees have ZERO service skills....poor management. Actually, the blonde kid that just helped me was actually nice and friendly sly, but the kids that greeted me.....well, he didn't greet me, he just grabbed my credit card.

It's a basic Dairy Queen, nothing fancy, so you pretty much know what to expect when you come here.
I stopped by the other day for a Blizzard around 5:30 pm. It was pretty empty - there were only two other people in the whole restaurant. All of the employees were teenagers. The girl who took my order was likely a new hire and had to ask her coworker how to enter my order and how to make my Blizzard. But everything turned out okay and my ice cream was ready within a minute or two of ordering. Most of the mix-ins in my salted caramel truffle Blizzard ended up at the bottom, so I mostly ate a cup of chocolate ice cream with some caramel candy pieces at the bottom. That ice cream really did hit the spot on a 95 degree day, though! -

I stopped here for old times' sake on my way home from work since it's on the way. I have gone through the drive through a couple of times for Blizzards and the like, but this time I decided to go in and try the '5 Buck Lunch.' What a disaster. First of all, 12:30 on a weekday and I was the only one there. That should have been a sign! Ordered food and then went into the restroom. The restroom smells like a swamp - not raw sewage, but that wet musty swamp smell. As I waited for my food at the counter and looked around, everything in the place is FILTHY. There is no way this place could pass a spot check from the Health Dept (wish I knew how to call and initiate one of those). Even though the food was freshly cooked, and I'm convinced it's because I was the only one there, I didn't dare eat it because of the filth level in this place. DON'T GO HERE!

I have been to a few DQ's in my lifetime, however, this location is not my favorite. The counter was not busy, it took over 10 minutes for someone to take our order. It seemed like the drive thru traffic was getting taken care of but geez why can't someone help the front counter? After we got our desserts, I couldn't wait to leave the building.
Based upon this experience I am not going to be visiting this location for a long time. It's so disappointing.
